About Therapy

I want you to feel safe here.

If you’ve been carrying the weight of trauma, compulsive behaviors, grief, or self-doubt – or if your relationships feel strained and you’re not sure how to reconnect – you’re in the right place.

I work with teens, young adults, women, men, and couples who are ready to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and begin healing what hurts.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck, process the emotions you’ve learned to hide, and help you rebuild trust in yourself and others.

Whether we meet virtually or in person, therapy offers a compassionate space to find clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of hope for your life and relationships.

Our relationship is critical to your success.

It’s the foundation of effective therapy. It’s built on trust, respect, and genuine connection, creating a safe space where you can be open and honest without fear of judgment.

This supportive relationship allows for healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change, because when you feel understood and accepted, real growth can begin.

In our sessions, I’ll ask thoughtful questions to truly understand you, your story, and your experiences. This isn’t about judgment – it’s about creating a space where your perspective is heard and valued.

We’ll explore the meaning behind your thoughts, feelings, and actions. I’ll help you connect the dots so you can better understand what’s motivating your responses to situations and where those patterns come from.

With greater clarity comes new choices. As you gain insight into yourself, you’ll begin to find more peace, joy, and confidence in how you live and relate to others.

Take the next step toward healing.

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges on your own.

Reaching out for support is a courageous first step toward understanding yourself and finding peace.

Whether you’re ready to begin therapy or just want to learn more about how I can help, I invite you to reach out today.

Let’s start a conversation about what healing could look like for you. Call me today, (203) 554-7923.
